Mrs. Spindle says: “Land O Goshen…no kiddie activities? What are my young ‘uns supposed to do? Webmaster, get goin, I ain’t gonna warn ya agin!” Yes, m’mum, I finally got it done, look!
Thanks to the good folks at Wegman’s, kids can climb the walls, overcome obstacles, and bounce like they’re on the moon, all for free! Other children’s activities can be found at the Old Stone Church on Braddock Road (face painting & the Natural Philosopher) and the lawn at Mount Gilead (candle dipping, quills, hoops & historical games). Take the Sandy Spring Train to get from Mount Gilead to the Old Stone Church. Dress in costume and go Trick or Treating through the Marketplace where they may be many other fun things for kids to do! Most of our entertainment on stage is kid-powered, and don’t forget the hula hoop contest at the end of the day! Come and explore and discover all you can do at Centreville Day!
